Fiber Arts Retreat 2026

How it works:
This is your information landing page. The retreat shows as sold out until we open registration at the end of March. It is not sold out yet.
On Friday, March 27th at 5pm this page will no longer be sold out and there will be 86 available spots for the retreat. We expect these spots to go fast.
On Friday, May 1st classes will be available for registration. Classes are only open to those who have registered for the full retreat weekend. You cannot only attend classes at this time.
Retreat Pricing and Scholarships:
The base price of $390 for the retreat includes:
-Lodging (and fresh linens) for Friday and Saturday nights
-All meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast)
-Saturday morning workshop choice
-Saturday afternoon workshop choice
-Goodie bag with welcome treats
You may choose to help scholarship another person. In an effort to make this retreat as accessible as possible, we are offering scholarship opportunities through an application. If you choose the base retreat price and a scholarship amount, the full monetary value of that scholarship will be awarded to someone who otherwise could not have attended a retreat like this.

This is an Adult retreat. You can expect connection through fiber arts (our specialty!) in the gorgeous Finger Lakes. Just 40 minutes from our shop location, we hope you can join us for this accessible retreat.
All rooms are shared. You are encouraged to bring a friend and connect with a roommate prior to registration, but if you need help being placed in a room we will assign them!
Rooms are doubles and quads with some private and some shared bathrooms. You will have a real bed with fresh linens, so this is not camping style, but it is rustic retreat style quarters and simple. Camp Casawasco cooks for us and cleans up so we can focus on connection and fiber arts!
We are planning for 86 guests.
There will be a wide range of classes, workshops, and fiber related activities on Saturday morning and afternoon. Skill building workshops will be offered as well as beginner level experiences.

A packing list and schedule will be given at the time of class sign ups
You do not need to sign up for any classes or workshops, you are welcome to use the space as free time to enjoy the camp and your own crafting.
