Connected Stitches offers store credit only for returns, not refunds.
- Yarn, bags, notions and kits may be exchanged for store credit within 90 days of original purchase.
- Needles may be exchanged for store credit within 3 days of original purchase.
- Final Sale on all books, patterns, gift certificates, discontinued merchandise, and sale items.
Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging in order to exchange.
A note on color:
Every effort is made to present colors on our site accurately. Because yarn has different dye lots and because computer monitors render color differently, color variations may occur. If the color of your purchased item(s) is not to your liking when you receive your order please return your item(s) for exchange as described.
