AM Sweater Summer Camp with Barbara Vassallo
Use the Summertime to hone your skills and get ready to knit for Sweater Weather! We will work on fundamental patterns with smaller swatches to improve your garment-knitting.
· Swatching – Gauge – Ease: See how needle choice (metal vs wood) and knitting styles (flat vs circular) can affect gauge and learn simple math equations to select the right pattern size
· Steeking 101: You’ll learn how to plan for a steek and practice the crochet method to secure stitches before cutting your practice swatch.
