Tea Tasting and Demo
All teas are not created equal. In this class, we will learn about the difference between loose leaf and bagged tea; between white, green, black, and oolong teas; and tea's role throughout history. Feel free to craft during the lecture, and be prepared to try some delicious samples if you so choose.
Teacher: Alyssa Hardy
Alyssa Hardy has been obsessed with loose leaf tea for two decades, and been selling it in upstate NY since 2021. She often pairs her tea with a knitting project (currently drinking English Breakfast while knitting the Elven Armor Pullover in a beautiful grey tweed merino blend). She also teaches art professionally at a local high school. She owns a NYS small business Flying Saucer Tea Station.
Previous Skills Needed: None. This class is appropriate for beginners
