Join us for this free making in community event!

Help us update our window displays! We want you to contribute to our new front window display: Under the Sea! We will be making textile jellyfish and sardines. All supplies and patterns are provided--make a jellyfish or sardine for us to use in our front display!

Dates: 

Thursday, October 22, 5:30-7:30p

AND/OR

Saturday, October 24, 1-3p

Location: Connected Stitches Yarn & Fiber Shop (10 W Main Street in Dryden, NY (parking is available along Main Street, accessible parking is located behind the building with a driveway off of North St) 

Teacher: Chris Cushman and Alyssa Welty

Cost: FREE!

Skill Level: basic knitting skills for the sardine, no skills needed for jellyfish

Description: Make a jellyfish or sardine for the shop window display. Have fun creating in community.

What's Included:

  • A copy of the pattern sent to your Ravelry account and printed for you during class
  • All yarn and supplies necessary to make jellyfish and sardines

What You Need:

  • Knitting needles US 4, US 6, or US 8 (dependent on the thickness of yarn you choose for your sardine)

*all students will receive a 10% discount on supplies at Connected Stitches. If you are purchasing supplies on our website, you will receive an email code after registering*
